Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

United States: 3–10 business days after shipment

International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Born Great is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Born Great is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
